Wasn’t sure what to have for breakfast this morning. So when back to my room. Started to reprogram my mind with positive thoughts. Then did a little lower back work out followed by little stretch.
Wow what a result. Breakfast came to mind. Kefir yogurt with pineapple. Mix with cinnamon and other mix’s seed with a tablespoon with a blend of organic seed oil. Quite please with that. Knowing how my mind started of this morning. Sometime it’s good to step back a little and hold on...
