Ok so I took two days off of counting calories, but not really. I have just been busy and don't want to go back and remember the foods that I ate. I'm pretty sure I stuck around 1500 AAAND I got about 2 hours of walking in Thursday and five on Friday to even it out. I'm changing my weigh in day to Mondays because for some reason, I'm always heavier on Saturday than on Monday. Its the strangest thing.

I'm working a lot more now, and so the gym may take the back burner a bit, but I will still try yo get some fun cardio in when I can. I really would love to have a gym buddy again, but all my friends seem to be gone. It'll be exciting starting my weight lifting class in the Fall.

But as of now, I am happy with my weight, my body, and my clothes size. I just maybe wanna tone a few things if I can. :)

I recently read a very good tip. Your body is your gym. I thought to myself, yes it is and that is such a liberating thought and now I will get creative on places and times I can use the gym. For instance while washing dishes I can do a few squats. It is a silly game but fun and effective. Towanda!! Have fun with it.
