I bet it's going to be really hard for me to lose weight. Probably most of what I've lost so far has been water weight. My body fat percentage is not huge (around 12%), and I have a lot of muscle from working out for several years. But I have to try to bring my weight down because there's just too much strain on my joints. I've actually cut down on the resistance training from what I was doing and just have been playing more tennis. I'll weigh in next time I go to the gym, probably tomorrow.
