i totally flopped today.
messed up so bad.
after i finished working out, i popped a bag of act II movie theater buttered popcorn, ate it, and didn't even give it a second thought. and then, kept eating. so much for water fasting. what a let down. i'll try again tomorrow. but, then again, i did exercise a lot (well, sortof) today. oh well.

Awww, it's okay. and alannahangel is right. Eat normally today, so that tomorrow when you're...cleansing (I can't think of a better word lol) you won't have the desire to eat!!! =D
