Well I didn't gain any this week so that's good. I'm still adjusting to my new way of eating with my hypoglycemic condition. This weekend I will go buy some healthy protein snacks so i won't be so "scared" to eat every 3 hours.

I'm toying around with the idea of walking outside in the AM I have to find something I'm bored with my DVDS at the moment and my Fibromyalgia is kicking my butt at the end of the day these days so that seems to be the best option. We live in a small town so I think I will be safe. I'm still getting up at my early time just in case I feel like exercising so that won't be hard. The more I type the more I'm trying to talk myself into it LOL. I have to get back into an exercise routine both for my health and my waistline. I just have to find my "exercise motivation" as my husband calls it
well everyone have a great Friday after today I'm off for 3 days! Yeah for me.
