I'm calling in sick...when I (hopefully) won't be sick.

Usually I would NEVER do this, but my boss really ticked me off last night at a dinner party thrown by him, and it's my boyfriend's birthday on Monday, so I decided to do it. I'm calling in sick on Monday.

I have plenty of sick time left, since I never use my sick time, so it should be okay.

Plus apparently my boss doesn't notice me anyway, and maybe a day without me there to answer the phones, file, run to the post office, etc. will teach him that I am actually pretty darn important to the efficiency of this company.
