Diario de xxmeganxx, 17 jun. 08

I'm not excrecising enough for my diet (Fat Flush Plan). But I still am in school so I live with my parents, and any diet business would be...sticky. So I can't be like, "I'm going to lose 20 pounds, okay?"
And I am starting running, but I have to do it when I'm home alone because I have a dog and my parents would want me to take him with me. And I can't because he stops to sniff or pee too much. =(
If I don't lose 3 pounds this week I am going to be so mad at myself...

hey, dont be mad. dieting is not all easy. it takes alot of work and sometimes we slip up. i will still love u if u dont lose 3 lbs babe. :) <3 ur cuz
