Diario de chloelin, 29 jul. 10

I can say no to things I see daily-like the custard place across the street from work, or any sweets in my house, or anything that I see often. BUT, I cannot say no to anything new I see...like I had to make a cake for work last night so of course I ate tons of frosting, cake batter, and ice cream. Ridiculous! I can't believe I did that, but yet at the time I could not possibly think not to. And this morning there was Panera bagels and cream cheese for a birthday at work so guess what I ate 2 whole bagels with cream cheese. And thinking I was doing good they were whole grain bagels-which ended up having more calories than the asiago cheese ones!!!! Which are my favorite. So end of story-I am not allowed to eat lunch or dinner. Just maybe a banana or an apple. I absolutely need to stop doing this!
