Hello Guys,
I hope everyone is doing well. I cheated a little last night. I had two pieces of the low carb candy. I don't know what's going on with me, lately I have gotten slack with my exercising. I am sticking to the diet, but I am slowly putting on weight and I don't know why! I am eating mostly side salads and ground beef or stir fry. I guess I need to get back with my exercising and not depend on anyone but myself when it comes to that.
Anyway guys, I guess I will keep keeping on. As long as I stay in the 180s' and can wear my 12s' I'll be ok.

Man, that candy gets me. I write for a candy blog (started before I got on the diet) and I've switched to reviewing only sugar-free candies. I'm going to have to be soooo careful with them.

Mandie, I don't know why you wrote that you are "slowly putting on weight." I am looking at your weight history and it doesn't show someone who is out of control and putting on weight. I see a .4 pound gain! Big deal! I wish I could get into a 12! Well actually I can; I just can't button a 12!
