I train 6 days a week, at home though, and never for more than 60 minutes. I follow a YouTube channel called Sydney Cummings, where I do everything - weight training, cardio etc. I follow lazy Keto and IF lifestyle each day, I don’t adjust my food for particular days. And it’s worked wonders for me ☺️ I didn’t pay dietician and I don’t pay gym fees but am healthier and fitter than I’ve been in over 10 years.

It’s really worked for me. I took time to watch a bunch of Dr Berg’s videos on Keto, and made notes, and I’ve collected and continue to collect a bunch of Keto recipes. You’d be surprised how much there actually is available to eat. I started off strict but am now on “Lazy Keto” because some days I have higher carbs than I should but it still works. IF (intermittent fasting) is what helped boost the Keto results for me, I’m on 16/8

I keep my workouts short (45 mins max) because of the high intensity (I rest about 20 to 30 seconds between sets and finish my workout with some crossfit inspired no rest core exercises.) I try to keep my protein intake at 50% of total cals. On workout days carbs can go as high as 40% with the rest as fat. Rest days I still keep my protein intake at 50% but raise fat intake to easily 30-35% with the rest as carbs.
