Diario de mizteri, 10 ago. 19

Even though I slept in this morning I still had a good breakfast. My hip has been hurting but I still did some exercises on my bike. I only rode for 10 mins but I do plan on riding again. I had a great lunch and a good supper. Was a little disappointed I couldn’t find any of the chicken Swiss in the freezer so I had ground beef patties instead. I made one of my new favourite fried rice (it’s not fried). I cooked up my whole wheat rice and added peppers and mushrooms along with teriyaki sauce. I’m a little behind on my water intake so far but I’ve gone another day without soda. No liquid calories today. One day at a time one small step at a time I shall do this.
