Well tomorrow is Monday and I start cutting back on my soda I know it is ridiculous to be addicted to it but I am. I have to cut back because of my ulcer. I also read that the artificial sweeteners in it are bad for you so I'll give it a shot. I have to if I want my tummy to get better.

I also have to eat 6 small meals a day for my hypoglycemia someone suggested fruits and veggies I have some baby carrots, grapes, apples so I guess I'll back them to work with me.

i kno its hard to give up the soda...i was a mt.dew addict for alongggggg time...but once i gave it up ...it was worth it...a friend offered me a mt.dew one day about 6 months ago...i drank it and didnt even taste as good as it once did...water is my choice for drinks now...and its healthier to...have a great day...you can do this...

You can do it. My daughter is hypoclycemic and she eats many small meals a day. I used to drink a lot of pepsi-then I switched to diet pepsi and lost 20 lbs. Now I don't drink a lot of diet pepsi-mostly crystal light-10 calories a 20 oz serving. I don't like plain water. The change is hard, but once made you wonder why you didn't do it earlier.

You can do it girl!! :-) You're better woman than me! Maybe one day I'll be able to give up my diet dr. pepper!!
