Been a long day so far today. Drove to Calgary now I’m in Lethbridge. Stopped at McDonald’s in Brooks but just to use the bathroom. Have brought my lunch and snacks with me. Going out for Supper with Steve tonight and I know I shouldn’t but I can splurge sometimes. I did stop in Nanton to use the bathroom and got and Ice Capp with Milk I will try and work out longer tonight. I need a good heavy scale for myself cause most don’t go as high as I’m weighing.
