Alas I worked my butt off literally. I'm over on points but oh well what can I do. I just found out that not only have I got an ulcer but I'm also Hypoglycemic so now I've got to figure out some healthy snacks into between my Slim Fast so I can get my 6 small meals a day in. Anyone have any ideas? I really don't see how I can eat that often without packing on some weight but I guess I'll have to. I'm not having a very good day today I don't feel well I didn't sleep well last night and got up at 4:30 AM . And all I want for supper is a Hardees milkshake but I'll be good and drink my Slim Fast its just as good right? Sure it is.

Oh well tomorrow is a new day.

All fruits and veggies are really low (with the exception of avacado and coconut). Get some carrots, cucumber, calorie wise dressing to dip.. yum. Also anything with lots of fiber tends to be pretty low, and just a little bit of peanut butter is pretty filling!
