Carb refeed went REALLY well yesterday, I was doing awesome with lifting, and I didn't even gain weight this morning, my pants actually fit better. Did okay at my crossfit competition this morning.

But I just had a binge session with chocolate, yogurt, apple butter, and almond butter. Let's not talk about it. Going to try to enjoy the food, and somehow figure out a way not to stress over it.
