I'm not giving up. But I am getting a little frustrated that I haven't lost anything yet. 3 weeks and i'm still at the same weight? I've even been counting my calories to make sure i'm not overeating. I've been increasing my strength training and running...so Nate thinks it's just me losing fat and gaining muscle.

I hope he's right.

We're starting our marathon training today - hoping to run Grandma's Marathon in 2 years. I think I might see if he wants to run a half-marathon this summer...if that's achieveable.

Not a bad day ahead of me. I have my racquetball class in an hour. I LOVE racquetball, work, and dinner with a friend. I still need to decide where we're going for dinner...hopefully I can come up with something diet-friendly.

Anyway, I'll can the novel. I hope everyone has a fabulous day!!

Did you take your BMI or whatever it's called before you started? Also take your measurements wiwth a tape measure. I haven't lost any weight except 1 pound so Im hoping to see some size shrinkage soon.

Yes. I've been eating 6 times a day, and incorporating the powerfoods as much as possible. I did take my BMI - but that is based on weight and height. I did a body fat analysis based on measurements, weight, and height that put me at 29.37% a week ago, and my measurements haven't changed yet...I guess i'll just have to "keep on swimming" and see where it takes me.
