I have to realize I am possibly very close to what my body weight should probably be for the muscle mass that I have, and weight will come off very slowly, but it's a new and scary concept to me.
I have also been struggling with feeling very hungry even though I am eating what I have eaten for months without being hungry, and I am getting food cravings when I get home at night. So I am like 99% sure I am attempting a carb refeed tomorrow after lifting (basically a carb load - and eat a little over maintenance calories to rest the leptin in your system (google carb refeed mark sisson), my friend has been doing it to lean out. Basically leptin deals with hunger signals and such, almost like a reset after restricting for a while. I plan on lifting tomorrow, then eating my carbs (all good- butternut squash, sweet potato, banana, strawberry, larabar, some dark dark chocolate, maybe flax seed "oatmeal"). And I have another crossfit competition on Sunday, followed IMMEDIATELY by a concert haha.
