I started a new diet called the Sauna diet. I didn't change anything at all. I just went into the Sauna for 30 minutes. I came out and lost 4 pounds. I felt so triumphant I went to McDonald’s and rewarded myself. Can’t wait to see how much I will lose on my new plan.
