So I noticed something yesterday - I had my fave chocolate oatmeal for breakfast, a diet TV dinner for lunch, and then I was SO HUNGRY afterwards I kept snacking on chocolate. I even bought a bag of chips from a vending machine??? Needless to say, I wouldn't go anywhere near the scales this morning, LOL! I can't help but wonder if the chocolate oatmeal set up the cravings which led to the binge? Or maybe the diet TV dinner was too low in cals? Gotta think on this!
