Diario de geo99, 23 jul. 10

Another week, another three pounds gone. This is starting to actually get fun. It seems like two to three pounds a week is so small, but when you start adding them up it turns into a big number. Going to a wedding this weekend, so am not going to worry about what I eat (other than not going crazy), but I will also be doing a lot of walking so that will help. Have a great weekend all.

I also agree, when the mind and body get together, this new lifestyle is lots and lots of fun. Plus, we can enjoy it so much more because we can participate rather than sit on the sidelines. Congratulations! Lets keep going forward. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy your fun weekend. See you on the flip side.
