Two tenths of a pound down and that is good but I am once again getting impatient so I have to be careful and not be impatient as this whole weight losing process is slow and steady and has nothing to do with a sprint. I am really looking forward to being at 170 pounds soon and I have 11 pounds to go to get there and that will be wonderful once I am there.
