I'm back.

I'm trying Atkins, although you wouldn't know it to look at my food tracker. It'll take me a couple of days -- maybe a week -- to transition my refrigerator from dietary free-for-all to Atkins Induction, but I'll likely be on Induction for a while so maybe a gentle glide rather than an abrupt start might help my efforts.

Frankly, it was more important to me to get back to tracking while I'm excited about the change than to wait until I was fully on Atkins to get started.
