Wow last night was sooooo bad. Went out to dinner with my mom and sister, and stuffed myself with sushi and noodles. Then got frozen yogurt after, and then went and ate snacks after that. Woke up feeling absolutely disgusting, and I still do :( And I am so tired I just can't get myself to work out, so I may take a break for the day.


Here's how yesterday ended up...
1) DRINK MORE WATER. At least 6 glasses a day. yes
2) No eating after 8 PM no... this was dead
3) Make fruits and vegetables a habit, not a chore. no
4) Run outside and swim for exercise... also mix it up at the gym!kinda? didn't run or swim outside, but didn't do the same thing at the gym as last time
5) Ask myself if I'm really hungry every time I reach for a snack.BIG FAT NO
6) If I am really hungry, ask myself if there is a healthier/lower-calorie alternative.actually yes, we grazed on fairly healthy things (rice cakes, etc)
7) Begin to incorporate weight training into my workouts.no
8) Fit into my favorite "skinny" jeans!going the wrong direction...

so that makes 2 out of 8... ouch.

i love sushi!! it's ok if you just like the sashimi, i guess the rolls can be bad depending on if you order them with or without the mayo. at least it was a lot of veggies and had some protein. yesterday i didn't eat enough good stuff and didn't do a good workout too. but today is a new day! don't get discouraged :)
