Diario de missingme, 11 jul. 19

I have not been here since May only because it forces me to see my failures. This losing weight thing is tough - it's more emtional than anything else. I'm so disappointed in all of my failed attempts and I'm afraid others will see the same in me. The daily stress never seems to take a break but everyone has stress. How do they sort it out and cope?

I take medication for my stress. I have a chemical imbalance and have "Atypical Depressive Disorder." Don't be afraid to share with us. I just came off of a 2-1/2 MONTH binge, and everyone was very encouraging and supportive. Struggling only shows that you are human. The most important thing is that you are TRYING. What WOE are you on, @missingme? In what area do you struggle most? How can we help?
