They want you to come inside. My gas place usually tempts me with 3 bags of chips for the price of 2. It is like they have a psychological profile of me. LOL

I'm to busy looking at the ridiculous gas prices to think about food. Sort of makes me lose the appetite.

I agree - having to deal with inhaling gas fumes should be a safe place.

Someday we'll all be driving electric cars that we fill up at home.

Maybe with some strawberry milk. Soda and a donut sounds gross.

If we all rode bicycles 20 miles to work everyday we could have donuts coming and going!

Make it a diet and this meal is only 180 calories or so, that donut looks tiny. Meals need protein.

I know how you feel. It’s troubling why we have so many people over weight today. The fast food and junk food are so easy to grab.

I can’t imagine eating both...TBH a donut alone sounds pretty delicious but a donut and a soda sounds like a sugar headache 😭

Its cheaper to eat horrible food than it is to eat healthy food, so say nothing about availability.

they can afford to be cheap on snacks, because they make up for it on gas prices.

I agree, not only do they make that cheaper but its at your disposal. You can easily grab a $2.00 donut and drink, or a $2.00 hamburger. But healthy stuff i find is a lot more expensive. I have to pay $2.00 for a granola bar at work, while the other employees get pastry cakes for $1.00.

Most “protein bars” are glorified candy bars, but some of them are very tasty and much cheaper if you just buy them at Walmart. Make yourself a snack kit to either keep at work or bring with you.

Kenna, try FitCrunch cinnamon twist. They are like candy bars, but have 16g of protein for 190 kcal. Walmart carries them in the summer for about $6-7 for 6 (I bought my last batch online and paid a bit more). Not cheap but cheaper than machines and gas stations for less flavorful bars. These are baked like a soft snickerdoodle cookie inside. A little chewier than I prefer but not a rubber bar like so many I’ve bought. They are the only ones I can stomach. Premier protein has a caramel shake that’s excellent! Almost $8 for 4 of them, but it’s 30g of protein and 160 kcal. It’s a milk concentrate so it does occasionally upset lactose intolerance but not too bad for me. Better than milk for sure.
