Yes... Yes I did. Spartan Sprint in Edmonton Ab, June 29th in the 10:30am heat - I am actually doing it with a friend of mine from MFP, I am excited and scared. And training like a mother lol, starting with Insanity as its the HIIT training that keeps me engagged and will get my butt in some sort of shape - even if Shaun T makes me want to punch the TV at times lol. Awww Sophie I miss you too!
