Diario de geo99, 18 jul. 10

I have forgotten how good it actually feels when your body has been pushed the day before. Yesterday I did squats till I could hardly stand up and then jogged in place for a while doing some stairs when I needed to catch my breath. I pushed harder than I normally do and it wasn't bad. Today I have that "I worked out yesterday" feeling where your muscles say they have been worked, but not so much that they hurt. I may turn into an exercise junkie yet (hopefully). Last night we watched a movie and had a large tub of buttered popcorn. It was great. Gotta go lift some weights, have to push to get to the 100 pounds gone mark.

That indeed is a great feeling!!! but sometimes the scale doesn't believe so!!!! That's when it decides to hold onto the water!! damn scale!!! lol keep up the good work!!!!
