Drink water if you feel the urge to eat...if it is caused by boredom, you may actually just need to satisfy that urge with water. It seems to work for me for the evening munchies that I get...I have pretty well conquered them by drinking water or if I have points left over, a glass of milk. You are doing awesome though so keep it up and get back to counting tomorrow!
