I'm really really trying and I know I've slipped here andd there, but to gain this much? can't believe it ugh

Jm— you don’t show what your physical activity was for this day but I’m thinking it probably was not enough to counter the 3400 calories that you ate. Reassess whether your breakfast choice, Large restaurant lunch and pizza for dinner as well as the candy snacks are helping or hindering your weight loss goals. You might consider reviewing your calorie, and macro nutrient suggestions and see how closely you are coming to meeting those recommendations. Also take look at the way of eating that you have chosen to follow and see if it needs to be reassessed. You can do this. It is not easy but it is time.

One thing that I find helpful is reading the food diaries of people who are being successful to see how they compare to mine. Good luck on your journey.
