Just got back from a nice little jog, didn't go for long because of the damn mosquitos. Going to have to start doing that every day, it's weird, I like jogging more than I like walking....maybe I can get one of my kids to be my running buddy!! Haha yeah right!! I'm starting to feel better mentally and physically, I have more energy and seem happier, so dieting isn't just about losing weight and getting into shape, I think it's great for the body, mind and soul!! :) Food for thought anyway....
