Well besides going over on carbs...I think i pulled a muscle in my upper thigh! I was sore this morning, but by the afternoon I could hardly walk! I guess my 3 miles is off for tonight. I think I will take some tylenol and get some rest. HOPE EVERONE HAD A GREAT DAY!
