Well, I ended up in the hospital with a ruptured appendix. I am still there, away from my dog, my scale, my walks, etc. I have no idea what I weigh, but i’m guessing less. The food isn’t great and my appetite is even worse.

Sorry that happened. Worry about food later. Just get well. The hospital is the pits isn't it? But we are sure glad they are there when we need them. And boy, did you ever need it! Thank you Lord.
