I figured I should start recording my measurements as well as my my weight, that way I can hopefully still see results even if the scale isn't showing them.

Hi Carb... I decided to do the same thing. I weigh myself daily and record that, but I'm thinking that I'm going to record my measurements just once a month. I also record my navel measurement since I tend to carry weight in my belly.
