Diario de Toni Bourlon, 03 jun. 19

Hard as I try, but there was still a little weekend weight gain, less than 2 lbs so I think that gets me about 2 lb total loss for last week. I also didn't make it to the gym, so I spent 35 minutes on the treadclimber and will absolutely go lift weights tonight after dinner. ABSOLUTELY!!!
