Diario de pisces19, 12 jul. 10

Not much time today so just a quick one. Worked ALL weekend from morning until night both outside and in and got myself prepared for the week. A little hectic on the weekend with all the chores and all, but I am glad to have things accomplished.

Not much to say about the diet. Was especially hungry last night so I had a bit of cottage cheese after watching True Blood, which I probably should have left alone, but other than that, staying well on track.

My goal this week is to figure out the exercise conundrum. I am fine with aerobic, but I need a routine of strength and resistance training I can do at home without equipment other than weights, since I can't afford the gym anymore. I'll be thinking about this and working on it the next couple days. If anyone has suggestions, would love to hear them.

Go on line and look for a site regarding at home calestentics. There are alot of sites that you can visit that will give you a ton of great exercises that you can go to. Good luck with your weight loss.
