Day 4 Reinduction..bad morning. I hadnt eaten nor drank anything in 18 hours and felt quite dizzy, foggy, sleepy, and weak. After an omelette, atkins bar (yeah I know..I wasnt going to eat them during induction...), and 2 cups of coffee, and a Fresca, Im pretty much back on my game. Now to drink 2 glasses of water.
