I've found that I've got to make my meals "interesting"... as otherwise I get bored with them too! But usually I take a pitta bread filled with either ham, tuna... sometimes egg mayonnaise and bacon, but also make myself up a little salad of cucumber, cherry tomatoes and carrot so that I've got loads to munch on. I also take some fruit - strawberries and melon are meant to be pretty good for weight loss and are my favourite together. I also do things like tuna and whole wheat pasta together sometimes, throw in some chopped tomatoes, basil or pesto to add flavour. Good for filling up... but low calorie. I'm sure though you can become creative, so you don't get bored. I find that if I eat loads of veggies that seems to help with boosting weight loss. You keep up the great work though and have a nice weekend. :o)
