Diario de Officially39, 22 may. 19

So, a little NSV. I got up into a shoulder pose last night. It wasn't as straight or stable as I'd like but getting my butt up in the air was a win for me. I will keep trying to get it more stable. I have been doing this little ab rocking thing Jeff Cavaliere recommended and I feel like it has been helping my core. The nice thing is, it is fun. It feels like a game not a chore. I’m trying to stay on track with it! It’s so easy to not go to the gym 😑 And thanks for posting that link! It inspired me to try to switch up my abs routine!

Yeah, I feel you. I have no excuse, weight stuff is right downstairs but I still avoid it like the plague. I am glad you liked it. He has a bunch of other interesting ab and weights stuff too. A lot of it is a bit advanced for me but I highly recommend exploring his videos.

Jeff is my favorite fitness youtube trainer. I've never heard him give bad or inaccurate advice.
