OK, so I haven't been on in awhile, I have backslid a bit. Too many holidays and birthdays (the month of July sucks for birthdays). I have just joined a challenge to lose 10lbs by September 1st. This is totally something I can do if I really put my mind to it. I have fallen off the diet wagon recently and it's been really hard to get back on track but I am determined to do this again. I know I can do this, I did it once before and not that long ago. I have the tools to help me succeed now all I have to do is apply it. I will come back to this site on Monday the 12th, and start then, I am not going to stress about this that isn't going to help. Wish me luck, I am going to need it!!!!!!!!!
