I was always the big girl among my family, friends and colleagues. Not a good feeling and it diminished my self esteem :-(
After the birth of my daughter it took me 2 years to shed 16kg of post pregnancy weight, thereafter i regarded myself as a stunning bride. The weight just piled on and doubled with my second pregnancy. After trying various eating plans, i only shed 11kg in 2 years after the birth of my son.
I'm happy with my family as it is - so NO MORE kids for me - now I'm concentrating on getting ME back.
