Feeling really emotional the last couple days. PMS is hitting me. Still not quite over my conversation with my friend last night, but trying to move on and get over it. I had a bit more energy in the afternoon yesterday. I took advantage of it for watching my hour of TV and exercising. Starting to get the hang of that.
My weight is down again today, as I suspected it would be. It's good to know that the stall was likely due to increased muscle building. Even so, I feel sad today. That whole thing last night just took a bit of the wind out of my sail. I am still 100% determined to reach my goals and keep my resolutions, but I've lost some of the joy in it.
I hate PMS!!
On a positive note, at least I am enjoying the foods that I am eating! I think today I will focus on developing a few more recipe ideas to prepare this weekend for next week's meals, and to start planning out my October trip. That will give me something happy and positive to focus on.
My resolve and commitment is still strong.
