Doing a lot better since I got off vacation and went back to work. Spent two weeks at home working around the house and grazing all day. That wasn't good and the weight went back up about 4-5 pounds over the two week spread. Four days back to work and the weight came back off. Now starts the summer camping season. Lets see how well I can keep the loss going.
