Didn't work out yesterday. I was so sore from the previous 2 days worth of pushups, that I figured my body needed a little rest. Didn't help that mother and I splurged on sweets all night. Just thinking of if I didn't splurge, what I may have lost makes me sad. But it was well worth it.
