Diario de WI Mommy, 06 jul. 10

Just had my 3rd child 11 weeks ago and I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Starting back to work tomorrow and hoping to get into a healthy routine. Want to lose 20+ pounds but would be happy with any type of loss right now. Most of my weight is in my belly so hoping to find a program that will help motivate me to eat better as well as incorporate exercise. I'm going to start to follow the weight watchers plan because it's worked for me in the past. I just hope I can stick to it and find time to get a workout in a few days each week. Wish me luck!
