Wanted to be able to see my progress as it really is, so I set my starting weight as what it really was when I started totake care of myself. I tried to set the date as April 6th, but the computer wouldn't let me. I did not lose 10 lbs. In the few days following this weigh in. It took a lot of hard work and a month's time.
