Happy New Year Rachel!! Ladies Let's get this challenge started.. I'm all in!!  

Happy New Year!!!! I'm actually excited to get back on track, and I know it has a lot to do with all of you!! This is our year ladies! 

I'm all in with you ladies! Can't wait to watch as the transformations take place. Not only in our bodies but in our friendships and our confidence to be able to eat without always eating poorly. Every step counts. If there are mistakes lets learn from them and keep going.
