Today was hard to maintain eating during lunch because we had a big potluck. My strategy was a scoop (1/2 cup) of the best three dishes. I could not pass up lumpia so I did indulge a little there. I was so happy during the dessert I took just a bite of the three best desserts. I normally could have eaten three servings of the different desserts but I just took a bite of each. I thought I blew it though I did not do so bad by eating less of more choices.
