Morning! So I made it through the rest of the day yesterday without anymore real incidents. Had decaf green mint tea after dinner last night instead of caffeinated and again stayed up to late, although this time I went to bed at 11:30. I spent hours on the web last night. GAH! Gotta get control of myself there.

Despite this I feel pretty good this morning. One negative though. My weight is back up to 180 lbs. Trying to figure out what this is about. My calories are fine so it could be a number of things. Did I have too much fat or sugar for the day? Maybe. Is it about that time of month again? Possibly. Did I have too much sodium or not enough water? Am I retaining water? Possibly. Did I get more exercise yesterday and increase muscle? Again Possible. I think that the best thing for me to do is to watch how much sodium, fat, sugar, and water I am getting over a week or so and see what might be causing this

Despite this I actually felt like I looked better when I looked in the mirror this morning and my clothes are fitting fine, so I suspect it is really nothing to worry about. I am feeling good and looking better, and this is more important than what the scale says anyhow. Besides I know better than to worry over the fluctuations of a scale over only a few days time. Weekly weigh-ins are significantly more important. I used to only weigh-in once a week, but for now, until things get rolling along, I will be weighing in daily.
