Planned out two week's worth of lowfat suppers and got healthy snacks and whole grain cereal for breakfast,so I'm all set.Now all I have to do is actually go through with it and eat healthy instead of eat out! I pray for my motivation and luck this week. By the way it's expensive to eat healthy! (but worth it).
