Even though I nearly murdered someone for a bite of pizza at a bowling alley, I still mangaged to stear clear form cheating for the time being. I love my phone app that runs with this website, it really keeps me focused on what i am eating. I am making sure to eat early and stop eating early treating myself to small healthy snacks through out the day... No snacking before bed and alcohol are the ones that pose the biggest threat but I am going to stay strong. I promised myself no cheat day for 2 weeks so i will be eating a lot of watermelon this weekend to try and subdue the cravings with several small servings of bbq chicken no sauce.. I will smash my 10 pounds by august challenge if I keep this up...
